Kiln storage: before the first frost (winter solstice solar term), when the ginger leaves turn yellow and the ginger has been fully improved, take it back on a sunny day, share it on the road for about 8-12 hours, with a thickness of no more than 15cm, remove the mud residue and crush the ginger, expose it to the sun for 1-2 days, then soak it with 4 ‰ Triadimefon wettable powder with a composition of 5% for 1 hour, take it up and dry it (or spray ginger with 1.25 ‰ Daisen zinc solution), and then put it into the basement with slightly higher terrain, excellent drainage pipes and Chunyang (pay attention to sterilization, temperature and humidity before storage in the basement) , ginger should be handled with care and stacked in layers when entering the cellar, so that there is a certain gap between ginger, with a height width ratio of 1m and a top cover of 30cm thick sandy soil and tidal soil. When the daily average temperature is below 5 ℃, the sealed cellar mouth should be turned over regularly for inspection.

Stacking (sand storage) in the room: select a shady and naturally ventilated house. First lay a layer of large crushed stones (fist size) on the road surface, and then lay 6-8cm thick clean sand. Place the selected, sterilized and sterilized ginger on the sand in sequence. Lay a layer of ginger and cover a layer of sand, a total of 5-6 layers. Use brick frame edge and straw cover to maintain the moisture of the sand. This method can be stored for more than half a year.

A layer of sand and two layers of ginger are stored in the tunnel and stacked into a square stack of more than 1 meter and 1 meter wide. Each stack is 1250-2500 kg. A natural ventilation beam with a diameter of 10 cm tied with a thin bamboo rod is set in the middle of the stack. The well is put into the thermometer to accurately measure the stack temperature. The surrounding of the stack is sealed with wet sand. After sealing the stack, cover the tunnel door and leave air holes on the hole to prevent wind from blowing in.
